Undergraduate Internship | Fall Semester | Full Time
IGE seeks self-motivated individuals with excellent writing, interpersonal, and administrative skills. Ideal candidates should have experience with any of the following skills: videography, graphic communication, digital marketing, fundraising, photography, networking, event planning, and research. The ideal candidate desires to integrate their faith commitment with vocation; possesses a strong interest in international affairs; is capable of working independently; and pays attention to details and adheres to deadlines and professional standards of excellence.
Interns’ responsibilities may include:
- Drafting and editing reports, correspondence, and grant proposals
- Growing IGE’s online presence
- Creating marketing pieces: print and online
- Researching new funding opportunities
- Fundraising
- Documenting IGE activities through video and photography
- Providing logistical assistance for overseas trips and local events
- Helping organize weekly meetings on Capitol Hill with government officials and NGO leaders
- Attending and reporting on think tank and NGO events
