The Trustees of the Baltimore Council on Foreign Affairs cordially invites you to an address by Rear Admiral Michael McDevitt, Senior Fellow for the Center of Naval Analyses (CNA) Strategic Studies, on Thursday, April 14, 2016. He will be addressing "What is Going on in the South China Sea? United States Interests and Chinese Behavior." There will be a reception at 5:15pm followed by the address at 6:00pm. The event will be held at the World Trade Center Baltimore. The event is free for members, $10 for guests of a member, and $25 for non-members.
