The Social and Moral
Development Lab is recruiting Research Assistants to work on several exciting
projects that involve research with children and adolescents. We study the
origins of prejudice, stereotypes, and bias in childhood. We also examine
children’s emerging concerns with fairness, equality, and rights. Summer
internships are 10-15 hours/week for 10 weeks. Fall internships are 10
hours/week for credit or volunteer.
We are investigating
how children and adolescents make decisions about friendships, inclusion and
exclusion in peer groups, the allocation of resources, and the attributions of
intentions.
