The Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations would like to invite you to attend a Conference on Anticipating, Preventing, and Responding to Conflict on May 8, 2018 in Washington, DC. The event will feature panels on atrocity prevention, countering violent extremism, defections and disengaged fighters, elections violence, monitoring and evaluation, peace processes, and the Stabilization Assistance Review. Panelist will include State Department officials, and experts from academia, NGOs, and think tanks.
